About the Role

Reporting into the Artwork Project Manager, this role is responsible for managing artwork and the associated requirements within marketing for artwork projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leads scope creation for artwork projects.
  • Leads artwork changes for consumer facing and non-consumer facing based projects.
  • Builds and manages realistic artwork timeline and assigns and follows-up on actions.
  • Manages the scope and budget of projects.
  • Liaises with internal & external stakeholders including external agencies, marketers, R&D, regulatory and legal.
  • Ensures correct data governance through systems used: Agile, Project Now (if required), Atlas, Salsify, etc.
  • Responsible for purchase order (PO) management and tracking.

About You

  • High attention to detail.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to prioritise and manage tight timelines.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to work with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Knowledge and experience with artwork design related tools such as Adobe Creative Suite; preferred but not essential.
